Products purchased from Joanna Louca online will be delivered in packaging suitable for gift giving. Products come in a signature flannel bag and enclosed in box. Gifts will be shipped with a gift-appropriate receipt that does not include the price of the item.Product Care
Each of our leather good products, especially handbags, has unique qualities. A special treatment has been developed to keep the leather remarkably soft as its look grows richer and deeper over time, giving it a distinctive vintage appearance. For the best possible care of your product, we recommend that you protect it from water and direct sources of heat and light. We also recommend that you clean the article with a dry flannel cloth and store it in its flannel bag.Repairs

We will inform you on the best way to proceed. When sending a product for repairs, please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information and original sales slip. We recommend that you package the item securely and ship the product via insured mail as Joanna Louca will not be responsible for problems with delivery or if damage occurs during shipping. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and a repair charge estimate will be sent to you for approval once the assessment has been completed.Shipping and Delivery
Joanna Louca online boutique only ships worldwide. All purchases are shipped via Fedex, except for same-day delivery via messenger for Cyprus only. The products are delivered to the address of delivery you indicated during the process of order.All the sendings will be done by Fedex recorded delivery.The delivery costs are at flat rate of Euros for Europe, Asia, America, and the Middle East. For security reasons, Joanna Louca online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not secured by Fedex. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Joanna Louca cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

To check at the time of the order, article by article, that the number, the color, the size, the price are well taken into account in your purchase order. When a product is not available any more, this one posts SOLD OUT and it is not possible any more for you to order it. However according to the availability of our suppliers, the product could be again in stock on the site and you will be able, if you wish, to be informed by e-mail.Custom Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied to customes are charged to the recipient. Fedex or Joanna Louca are not liable for any delays due to customs clearance.Exchange and refund
Joanna Louca will exchange or reimburse goods within 15 days from the shipping date. All goods must be returned in perfect condition with the label attached on the bag along with a copy of your initial invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason of your return. In case goods are not available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed. Your account will be credited within 15 days. In case of return, shipping costs are at the customers charge. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides package tracking to avoid delays. Please note that a package refusal does not suffice as a request for a refund. Joanna Louca reserves the right to decline your return if these Sales Conditions are not met.
